Show Services Management

As a full-service provider, we’re staffed to manage every single aspect of your program. Whether your exhibit is rented or owned, build by MG or not, we’ll manage the install and dismantle, intelligently manage logistics and regional warehousing, provide inventory management and give you access to your exhibit information online 24/7.

Install & Dismantle Labor

MG owns our own labor subsidiary, allowing us the ability to provide I&D services in the top U.S. convention cities as well as most second tier markets. In markets where we do not have a dedicated presence, our travelling supervisors oversee labor teams from partners that MG has had relationships with for decades.

All this leads to your peace of mind, knowing that MG’s attention to detail ensures your exhibit is installed just the way it was designed to be, and dismantled and packed with care. We go beyond, providing the on-site service and assistance you need during each step in the show process.

Regional Warehousing and Services

MG has full-service facilities in the top 3 U.S. convention cities, allowing us the ability to intelligently manage your assets. From exhibit fabrication to regional deployment of rental exhibits, our strategic locations allow us to match the right facility with your exhibit/event needs. We build a logistics plan that’s based upon your overall event schedule so your properties are stored and shipped to maximize cost efficiencies and minimize carbon footprints.

We keep track of your exhibit properties using our comprehensive inventory management system, so we can get things where they need to be, when they need to be there. And since we have warehouses in the top convention cities, we’ll store your equipment in the places where you do business saving you on shipping.
