To cultivate thought leadership within a targeted client base to capitalize on consumer demand for healthy, natural ingredients, while also influencing C-level executives of large restaurant chains at the Restaurant Leadership Conference.


Devising the Natural Colors Xchange as an interactive platform, mg conveyed the natural color story in a creative, logical and persuasive manner. Operators were immersed in an industrial urban kitchen environment accented with fresh florals and colorfully illuminated graphic panels. Partnering with the resort's culinary team, the importance of natural ingredients and color appeal came to life in beautiful small plate presentations. Content built along with industry partners was delivered in smaller group formats with interaction designed to engage, entertain and educate participants, elevating the client positioning.
