When it comes time for a new exhibit or new brand, sometimes the best thing to do is not start over and renew, but refresh – and that’s what MG Design did at Exhibitor2012, where the company’s refreshed brand debuted.
This trade show exhibit featured refreshed elements from past MG booths…A pre-show email and direct mailer invited attendees to the booth and allowed guests to schedule meetings before the show with MG staff. Once at the exhibit, visitors could “refresh their palate” and have some sorbet, which served as an ice breaker between MG staff - who underwent extensive pre-show training - and attendees. iPad based lead and data capture allowed the MG team to wirelessly scan attendee badges, acquiring information on their trade show program and incorporating that information into the company’s CRM system.
