The virtual world integrated seamlessly into Kraft’s unforgettable FMI appearance. Visitors saw video, live “man on the street” interviews, product demos and a Shopper Foresight presentation, but the biggest news was the ribbon cutting for retail guru Phil Lempert’s Second Life supermarket. This even happened live in the exhibit and online with Lempert and Kraft executives making a presentation to Second Harvest on behalf of Kraft. The unique event got coverage in the Chicago Tribune’s business section, increasing awareness for all involved.
