  • What’s the greatest bit of advice someone has given you?
  • That’s an easy one and it was given to me pretty early in life by my grandfather.  He said to always leave something better than it was when you arrived.
  • If you could have dinner with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be?
  • Charlie Rose or Terry Gross.  I’m fascinated  by all the people they have interviewed from all walks of life….the stories they could share would be outstanding.
  • Describe your personality in 3 words.
  • Persistent, clever, and fun
  • What is your favorite part of working at mg?
  • Being able to work with  all the different companies from various industries is really intriguing.  Being part of a team to solve client  issues with innovative ideas and solutions, makes every challenge unique.
  • How do you define a “Great Experience?”
  • A “Great Experience is one when the client walks away from the show or event with their expectations exceeded.  I think the greatest compliment in this industry is stewardship of  trust, if the client trusts that you will propose innovative ideas, follow through on executing those ideas, and being accountable for both the successes and shortfalls (hopefully few and far between), this builds trust.  The events industry is filled with stress and uncertainty, trust reduces both, which everyone appreciates and leads to great experiences.
  • Favorite sports team?
  • I grew up in Ann Arbor, MI so I have strong allegiances to the Detroit Tigers (MLB), Michigan Wolverines (NCAA) and Detroit Lions (NFL).
